Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes milling (scarification, transition, public approaches, and driveways approaches), placing application of asphalt for tack coat, placement of HMA for wedge and level course (variable depth), road transition, public approaches and driveways, placing HMA pavement over the road project, cleaning/paving to the edge of road, and all other necessary items as mentioned in these specifications for a complete project. This project includes wedge and level, surface milling (road, street approach, and driveways), apply tack coat, and HMA paving on the following roadways: Altawood Subdivision: Hill Top Road - From Paoli Pike to the end at the Cul-de-Sac, Length 0.483 miles Hill Street - From Old Road entrance to Hill Top Road North, Length 0.402 miles Orchard Lane - From Hill Top Road to Old Road entrance, Length: 0.168 miles Buffalo Trail Subdivision - From Paoli Pike to the end at the cul-de-Sac, Length 0.281 miles *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
