Project Description: This Project Includes the Reconstruction of Sidewalks, Driveways, Curb Ramps, Replacement Curb, as Needed and Any Needed Tree Removals and Replacement of Trees and Other Work to Improve Walkability. Type of Contract: the New Albany Redevelopment Commission Will Execute a Professional Services Contract for Design, Construction Inspection and Troubleshooting for the Beechwood Ave. (From Approximately Railroad Tracks to Lopp Ave.) and Lopp Ave. (From Beechwood Ave. To Roosevelt Ave.). Sidewalk Improvement Project. Said Contract May Be Revised by Majority Vote of the Commission. The Proposal Shall Include Identification of Key Personnel, a Manpower Justification and an Estimated Cost-not-to-exceed for the Services. Construction Monitoring and Inspection Should Be Based on an Average of 8 Hours/week for a Construction Inspector and 2 Hours/week for the Project Engineer. Proposals Should Identify the Office-location for Key Personnel. The Commission Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, or to Waive Any Informalities or Minor Defects in the Proposal Process. The City of New Albany is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
