Renovation of a multi-residential development in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
A The work under the Contract consists of (1.) The general scope of work consists of the preparation of the surfaces of the exterior balconies and substrates at O'Brien Towers and the application of high-performance coating systems on the existing substrates. (2.) All Work included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: (1.) The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. (2.) Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/04/2024 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids. Exterior Balcony Painting at O'Brien Towers. The project consists of preparing the exterior balconies and substrates and the application of high-performance coating systems on the existing substrates. Estimated Cost $645,500. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
