Renovation of a residential development in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Balcony Door Replacement and Balcony Floor resurfacing. The Project consists of but not limited to: The project consists of the removal and replacement of existing balcony doors and sidelites as well as the replacement of the existing balcony flooring. Question Deadline 07/18/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: The project consists of the removal and replacement of existing balcony doors and sidelites as well as the replacement of the existing balcony flooring. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.
