The Quincy Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Intercom System Replacement at Sawyer and Tobin Towers at State Aided Development: Tobin Towers (667-4) 80 Clay St., Quincy, MA 02170; and Sawyer Towers (667-3) 95 Martensen St., Quincy, MA 02169 in accordance with the documents prepared by John Murphy, Jr. Electrical Construction & Engineering, Inc. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electrical, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Estimated Cost $978,800.00. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 07/01/2024 at 11:00AM EDT for general bids.
