The scope of work covers upgrades to access control, lighting, landscaping, and interior modifications for improved safety and accessibility: Add sprinklers. Add gate on the left side of the house with lock and key. Add additional intercom with a camera that can be answered from the front office. Add privacy hedges to backyard. Add motion activated lights to outside. Add accordion door to entry room. Add door handles with key lock to all doors. Remove wine cellar (glass enclosure in basement). Remove glass from interior stairway railing and replace with standard bannister with posts. Remove and replace stairway to backyard to code (it is too narrow and steep) including adding landing, and include child proof gate at the landing leading to the stairs. Shorten and secure to wall all blind strings. Add monitor to the office for staff to be able to see camera feed. Add baby gates on stairs. Add grab bars in bathrooms. Add baby locks on cabinets in main kitchen. Change glass on office door to a clear glass with meshing. Remove glass from around front door and replace with wood to match the current door Bidders must submit a signed Appendix E – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location including site-specific reports and/or appendices.
