Renovation of a municipal facility in Jessup, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 13, 2024, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. The Work Comprises the Installation of Two Ductless Mini-split Mechanical Hvac Systems on the Second Floor on the West Wall of the St. Ubaldo Society Chapel and All Appurtenances for a Complete Job and in Accordance With the Contract Documents. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by an Approved Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Total Bid Price, Payable to the Borough of Jessup, as a Guarantee That the Bidder, if Its Bid is Accepted, Shall Promptly Obtain the Required Bonds and Insurance and Shall Prepare the Required Submittal Documents and Execute the Agreement. All Bids Shall Remain Irrevocable for a Period of 60 Calendar Days From the Date of Bid Opening. The Borough of Jessup Reserves the Right After Opening Bids to Reject Any Part of or All Bids and to Waive Any Formalities, Technical Defects or Irregularities in a Bid.
