LOCATION OF THE WORK: The Work to be constructed hereunder is located along Olga Street within the Borough of Jessup from house #109 Northwest to the intersection of Olga Street and Hill Street. Questions Due Date: Aug 23rd 2024, 4:00 PM EDT DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Work related to the Olga Street Storm water Project will include milling and overlay, removal of the existing inlet near 109 Olga Street and installation of a new storm water piping system and new inlets which will connect into an existing storm water system at the intersection of Olga Street and Hill Street. Curbs, sidewalks, rolled curbing, driveways and lawns shall be restored to their original pre-construction conditions or better with like materials at no cost to the Owner. Workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job shall be in accordance with the Pub 408 and RC Standards recommendations and these Contract Documents. Scope: (a) The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation services, and all fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, Work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Specifications, Drawings, Schedules, and other Contract Documents as defined in the Contract, all of which are made a part hereof and including such detail sketches as may be furnished by the Engineer from time to time during construction in explanation of said Drawings or other Contract Documents.
