Old Farm Road Trail Renovation Project - 5418546

Site work and paving for a civil project in Lawrence, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project involves the renovation and construction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of an existing perimeter trail located within the wood area between Boyce Mayview Park and Morton Field Complex in the Township of Upper St. Clair including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; existing aggregate and subbase removal; unclassified bulk excavation; placement of a 10-foot wide bituminous walking trail; multiple cross culvert storm sewer installation; two (2) proposed vegetated aboveground stormwater management facilities with outlet structures and ancillary storm sewer installation; multiple vegetated diversion and interceptor channel installation; placement, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sedimentation control measures; and associated site restoration, complete in place. The project will be split into two (2) phases with Phase 1 construction anticipated in Summer 2024 and Phase 2 construction in Summer 2025. In accordance with Chapter 25 of the Township Code, all bidders (not previously pre-qualified for 2024) must be Township of Upper St. Clair pre-qualified by calling Debbi Yelich @ 412.831.9000 x 2170. The deadline for pre-qualification is Monday, July 15, 2024 by 3:30 P.M. Bids to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Township of Upper St. Clair in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid as a guarantee The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicality or formality therein.
