Web-Based Project Software: Autodesk Build Project Management software wil l be used for purposes of managing communication and documents dur ing the construction administration phase WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project isdefined by the Contract Do cuments and includes, but isnot limited to, the following: 1. Removal and replacement of roof membrane, insulation , gutters and downspouts in areas designated on plans. Removal, repair, and/or repla cement of existing roof deck system shall be included as necessary. and other Work indicated inthe Contract Documents. 2. The Contractor shall examine the site and shall be responsiblefor verifying all existing construction and conditions
