Currently the Chatham County Detention Center needs repairs of the roof top fresh air duct work insulation, which includes repairs of insulation and wrapping with aluminum metal cladding to weatherproof on two energy recovery units located on the roof of the four-story tower. Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor necessary for the repair, fabrication, and installation of the HVAC rooftop ductwork insulation at the Chatham County Detention Center. The Detention Center is located at 1050 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, GA 31405. During the bidding process, bidders are not to contact any department directly.
