This bid is to solicit bids in order to provide maintenance and repairs for any cooling, freezing, and/or refrigeration equip ment at Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution (WMCI) located in Torrington, WY. The awarded bidder(s) and the WDOC agree that any formal contract(s) resulting from this bid may be extended under mutually agreeable terms and conditions, with the mutual approval of the awarded bidder(s) and WDOC, for a period of two (2) additional years. Question Deadline 05/22/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions shall be submitted individually through Public Purchase by . Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. The State of Wyoming reserves the right to withdraw this Invitation for Bid, without cause, at any time before a purchase order or contract has been fully signed and submitted to the A&I Procurement Office. Contract Period: Upon final required contract signature through June 30, 2026. The WDOC reserves the right to make multiple or no bid awards if deemed to be in the best interest of the state.
