Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders for the monitoring of alarm systems in its establishments in order to ensure the safety of occupants and prevent intrusions and fires. The contract will last for 5 years, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029. The Lester B. Pearson School Board currently owns fifty-three (52) buildings. The surveillance service is required for all these buildings. The School Board buildings are located on the territory of the island of Montreal and the Vaudreuil Soulange region in the following cities: Beaconsfield, Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Dorval, Hudson, Kirkland, Lachine, Lasalle, Pierrefonds, Pincourt, Pointe -Claire, Verdun, Saint-Lazare, St-Télesphore, Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue and Vaudreuil. All these buildings are located within a 65 km radius of the administrative center, itself located in Dorval. The opening days and hours of the School Board offices for receiving submissions are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The bidder is responsible for obtaining acknowledgment of receipt when submitting their bid. The tender envelopes will be opened publicly at the same place and at the same time, in the presence of a witness. In the event that the School Board has to close its doors due to exceptional circumstances, the deadline and time for receiving and opening bids will be postponed to the next working day, at the same location. CONTRACT LENGTH The services covered by this call for tenders are required for a period of 5 years, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2029. RESERVE The School Board does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received.
