Reference Number 0000270429 Question Acceptance Deadline 29-May-2024 03:00:00 PM EDT Bid Intent Deadline 11-Jun-2024 12:00:00 AM EDT Snow and Ice Removal at Various Metrolinx Facilities The Vendor shall provide all equipment, materials, labour, consumables, to meet or exceed the Minimum Maintenance Standards At each Place of Work, Metrolinx will post the name of the Vendor responsible for the snow and ice removal and disposal. This information will be posted for public viewing for the term of the Contract. The Vendor is required to be constantly aware of weather forecasts in order to be proactive and be prepared to respond to snow removal, ice removal and disposal activities. Metrolinx shall not be required to contact the Vendor to attend to any Work covered within this Contract. It shall be Vendor's responsibility to keep a vigil of the expected weather conditions to be ready to perform the Work in order to meet the Minimum Maintenance Standards. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
