Saving Project...

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bristol, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Work includes: a. Related sheet metal and carpentry work, including new gutter apron, drip edge, and gutters. b. Replacement of the existing insulation and composite OSB/insulation board (nailbase). c. Modifications to the wood nailers and fascia at the eaves, as shown in the Construction Drawings, to allow for ventilation of the new nailbase. The Work consists of roof replacement at two (2) separate facilities in Kenosha, WI for the County of Kenosha. Contract will begin immediately upon award and will continue until project completion. It is the expectation of Kenosha County that all construction on this project will be substantially complete on or before 12/01/2024. The Kemper Center work can be done anytime after the award. The Pringle Nature Center work may not begin until September 1st, 2024. Any correspondence or questions submitted must include the bid number.
