Site work for a civil project in Bristol, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Design and construction of a 600,000-gallon water tower, and associated electrical, mechanical, utility, and site work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: 600,000-Gallon Elevated Tank, Contract 1-2023 Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Bid Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security Made Payable to Owner in an Amount of 10% of the Bidder's Maximum Bid Price. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Technicality, and to Accept Any Bid Which It Deems Advantageous. All Bids Shall Remain Subject to Acceptance for 90 Days After the Time Set for Receiving Bids. Question Deadline 08/29/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
