Renovation of an educational facility in Stratford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope The Work includes but not limited to: a. Demolish existing Administration Offices. b. Demolish existing Principal Office. c. Reconstruct new Administration Office Space in former Principal Office. d. Reconstruct new Principals Office in former Administration Office Space e. Work shall include all general construction, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, data and communication wiring and equipment relocations. f. Coordinate N.I.C. fire alarm, security, access control scope of work with owners vendor (Sonitrol).
