All RFIs shall be addressed in-writing (via email) to the Contract Specialist at Robert.Archer@usda.gov. Answers to all technical questions submitted timely shall be provided via an Amendment published to Contracting Opportunities on SAM.gov under the subject solicitation announcement. Explanations or instructions given in a form other than an amendment to the solicitation shall not be binding. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 44 calendar days after receiving. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
