The Contractor will be responsible for all demolition, footing removal, haul away and disposal of existing materials. Delivery of materials, sitework, and construction of eight (8) new backstops will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Submittals must include signed and stamped plans by a California Registered Civil Engineer. Work on the Project shall be completed within 35 working days, and work must be completed no later than August 30, 2024. The projected award date is June 25, 2024. There will be a pre-construction meeting on or about June 27, 2024, and mobilization shall occur on or about July 10, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Town in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price.
