Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Cartersville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,024-square-foot municipal facility; for the renovation of a 8,632-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The project consists of two phases. Phase 1 is the new additions. Phase 2 is renovations to the existing building. It is likely there will be some overlap with the renovations. Hogan is requesting proposals at this time on the current set of Permit drawings dated 05/17/2024. Any individual breakouts, quantities, pricing and related information is encouraged and appreciated. The existing building is 8,632 SF, consisting of a ground floor and Attic. The attic space is 1,680 SF. The proposed addition will be approximately 10,024 SF PLEASE NOTE: - ALL Questions should be addressed to Barry Cercone, bcercone@hoganconstructiongroup.com - Civil plans have not been issued at this time. However bid the project with start date of 10/14/24, building construction to start 11/11/24, substantial completion of addition, 5/9/25. Renovation complete 8/5/2025. Start time will be adjusted once civil plans received. - Please provide lead times for all long lead time items such as: roof insulation, HVAC Equipment, Electrical Switchgear, and related equipment, pipe materials. And any other materials requiring in excess of 4 months lead time. - All subcontractors will be required to sign Hogans Global subcontract agreement. Hogan asks that any subcontractors not currently doing work with Hogan or who have not executed their global agreement do so, by filling in the company information at the beginning of the agreement and executing the agreement, and returning to Hogan. We also request that any subcontractors new to Hogan to complete our subcontractor Pre-qualification package. The template for the pre-qualification package is also provided in the documents.
