The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms included in these bid documents. Bidders must complete and submit all of Section 00360 of the bid documents with their Bid which includes the required affidavits related to the E-Verify obligations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time.
