AVTEC Power Plant Training Facility 2024 Upgrade This Denali Commission and State appropriation funded contract is for the renovation of existing paralleling switchgear and the installation of an owner furnished engine-generator in the Alaska Vocational Technical Center (AVTEC) training facility in Seward, Alaska as described herein and shown in the Drawings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, quality control, and supplies required to complete the work. The Engineer's Estimate is between $150,000 and $200,000 A bid guaranty is required with each bid in the amount of 5% of the amount bid. (Alternate bid items as well as supplemental bid items appearing on the bid schedule shall be included as part of the total amount bid when determining the amount of bid guaranty required for the project.) The Undersigned proposes to furnish Payment Bond in the amount of 100% (of the contract) and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% (of the contract), as surety conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of this contract. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of an acceptable Bid Bond (Form 25D14), or a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to the Alaska Energy Authority.
