The work includes corrosion related welding repairs/modifications/ replacement of roof and support members, roof vents, interior/exterior ladders, safety handrailing, level target, general repairs, sediment removal, cleaning repairs, appurtenance modifications, surface preparation and complete coating removal and re-application of interior and exterior surfaces on Well #5 (North & South) and Well #4 with capacities 250,00 gallons and 69,000 gallons, respectively. Responses to questions posted online portal will also be posted on the City of Pflugerville website for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for all questions until but no later than 12:00 P.M. CST on May 27, 2024. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all offers and to waive any informalities in proposals received; to eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount within the funds budgeted; the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the Project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
