Texas State Technical College ("TSTC") is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to select a firm to supply refurbished overhead transformers, pad mount transformers, and re-closures for our Electrical Lineworker Program at the Abilene Campus. The intent of this RFP is to establish a contract with a supplier who can provide reliable and used quality transformers that meet our educational program's specific needs. TSTC is requesting that items are to be delivered no later than July 1, 2024. If you have any questions concerning the project, please submit those through the Q&A Board. Please be aware when the Q&A session is over, no questions will be asked after this period. The Q&A board is not designed for generalized questions about TSTC's operations. TSTC will only respond to questions on the Q&A board from suppliers that have the ability and desire to contract with TSTC. TSTC's Records Management Officer will receive inquiries from those who are not interested in responding to solicitations.
