All bids must comply with specifications. All bids must remain open for 60 days after bid opening. The project is for the design and installation of an irrigation system and landscape at the new All Kind Animal Shelter located at 610 East South 11th. The project start date will begin immediately but installation will need to coincide with the building construction schedule. Awarded contractor will need to coordinate with Teinert Construction. Bidder offers to complete the project within 120 working days which time allows for the normal delays associated with inclement weather.
