Building out the upper floor and building small additions to Fire and Rescue building in Thompson Station, Tennessee 2. Building 2 storage outbuildings on the property of Fire and Rescue. 3. This work is defined by the Contract Documents prepared by Tim Lambe + Associates, dated May 16, 2024. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The project consists of furnishing labor, material, services, and equipment for fabrication, delivery, and erection of work as identified in the Contract Documents prepared by Lambe + Associates, LLC dated 05.16.24. Specific work includes a small addition to the existing building, finishing out an existing second floor shell space for additional living quarters, toilets, and a Training room, exterior and interior steel stairs, and miscellaneous items as shown in the drawings and specifications. r improvements to Peytonsville Fire and Rescue, 4950 Harpeth-Peytonsville Road, Thompson's Station, TN 37079. The project is for general construction with a lump-sum bid. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond by the Bidder and a Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee equal to five percent (5%) of the bid will be required. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bid security will be returned to all bidders upon award of the Contract for Construction or rejection of the bids A Guaranty Bond in the form of a Performance / Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid contract sum will be required, and the cost shall be included in the bid.
