**As of June 28, 2024, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $921,559.02** 2023-2024 Capital & CDBG Roadway Program. Speed humps will also be installed on North Spring Street. Work to be completed in 90 calendar days. Bids must be made on proposal forms and must be enclosed in sealed, special addressed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and work bid upon, on the outside, and must be accompanied by a duly executed Consent of Surety, Statement of Financial Responsibility, Non-Collusion Affidavit and Certified Check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 as a guarantee of good faith and must be delivered at the above place at the time designated. Bids not enclosed in special addressed envelopes will be considered informal and will not be opened. The work includes roadway improvements and resurfacing of Waldo Avenue; Grace Street; Pulaski Street; Pilch Street, Thornton Street; Tomar Court and North Spring Street, including curb replacement, drainage improvements and roadway milling and paving. Speed humps will also be installed on North Spring Street. Any Questions Regarding These Specifications Shall Be Directed to the Engineer.
