Renovation of a water / sewer project in Henderson, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of August 5th, 2024 projects is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Scope of Work: The Work of the Project generally consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct a new Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), install approximately 370 STEP tanks, Septic Tanks, and Grease Traps, +/- 13,000 LF of gravity sanitary sewer piping, +/- 45,800 LF of pressurized effluent service lateral piping, +/- 64,000 LF of 2-6 effluent force main piping, and other associated work. EFC requires a total MWBE participation of 20% for contractors and subcontractors working on the project. Contractors may begin work on the site on 15 August 2024. Final project completion is set for 16 October 2026. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the OWNER, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or acceptable Sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
