The Town of Henderson ("Town") is seeking Proposals for: 1. Engineering Services to conduct a comprehensive technical review and written assessment of the Town's current design for Sewer District No. 1. Technical review shall include an opinion on functionality of the current design and recommendations for design changes that could reduce costs or enhance competitiveness of the project. Assessment shall also include a recommendation for alternative sewer system design options that are feasible for the Town to develop. 2. Engineering services to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for roadway improvements to County Route 123. Scope shall include preliminary recommendations and cost estimates for construction based on proposed design: a. Asphalt and road structure restoration. b. Correct legacy drainage issues adjacent to roadway that contribute to deterioration. Question Deadline 05/30/2025 at 5:00 PM ET No questions will be accepted after this date. Answers to questions will be provided as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the proposal due date. Answers will be provided to all prospective proposers who have downloaded the proposal package for this project from the Authority's website.
