This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (CEA FRANCOachat) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for an Elevator Modernisation at Ecole Elementaire Francojeunesse, 119 Osgoode Street, Ottawa, ON, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school board: Conseil des ecoles publiques de lEst de lOntario, 2445 Saint-Laurent Boulevard Ottawa (Ontario) K1G 6C3. Hereinafter, the above named school board are referred to as Board unless otherwise specified. The Intent of this RFQ is to obtain quotations from respondents to complete an Elevator Modernisation at Ecole Elementaire Francojeunesse, 119 Osgoode Street, Ottawa, ON for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of CCDC 2-2020 with Supplementary Conditions, in accordance with all RFQ Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the "Contract"). Contract work is to commence no later than June 28th, 2024. All interior work shall be completed no later than August 30, 2024. Deadline for Questions May 27, 2024 4:00:00 PM local time
