Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Chattahoochee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes work inside the FDOT right of way along SR-10 (West Washington Street): Removal of sidewalk and driveways. The replacement sidewalks will be concrete with a brick bond stamped pattern with red color. Replacement driveways to FDOT specifications. Also includes removal of existing streetlighting and overhead power and replaced with decorative pole/lamps and underground power. Replacement of existing traffic and street signs with decorative poles. Outside the FDOT right of way: Heritage Park work includes new sidewalk layout, sod, park lighting, landscape, benches, etc. Pocket Park work includes final demolition of existing building to prepare site for park, sidewalk, landscaping, lighting, modular restroom, etc. North Parking Lot work includes revise parking layout, grassed parking area, landscape timbers and creation of ADA parking space. Jefferson Street work includes asphalt reclaim and restripe for parking area and landscaping. North and South Alley work includes asphalt patch as needed, asphalt seal coat and installation of security bollards. All other work as shown on plan set. Completion date for this project will be 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. The City of Chattahoochee reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any and all minor irregularities or informalities in any bid. The City of Chattahoochee encourages Minority Business Enterprises to respond to this Bid Invitation.
