**As of July 08, 2024 project has been canceled. MSD plans to rebid but no definite date for the rebid.** This project is located on Werk Road in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. The work consists installing a dynamic underflow control (DUC) at CSO 522 that would allow more flow to the Werk and Westbourne EHRT, reducing flow through the underflow to the Muddy Creek Interceptor Questions on this project or any part of the Contract Documents and other project documents must be sent via e-mail to MSD.PROCUREMENT@cincinnati-oh.gov by the established deadline. The deadline for questions is 12:00 PM local time on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents and must be accompanied by the Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, certified check, or letter of credit drawn on a solvent bank in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, and in no event shall be less than five hundred dollars ($500.00). The established SBE Participation Goal for this project is: 13% . The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new bids,
