Warranty/Service o Bidder must provide next-business day onsite service for all proposed components for a period of 5 years. This includes, but is not limited to, cameras, NVR, network equipment, battery backups, wireless bridges, solar panels and all components contained therein. Network/Cabinet o All cameras will operate on a private parallel network designed, configured and provided by bidder. A combination of wired and wireless infrastructure may be used provided the proposed solution allows for video feeds free of lag and artifacts even at highest resolution and framerates. o Enterprise-Level Managed PoE + Switches with 10 GB Optics for backhaul o Point of convergence with customer network will be the onsite NVR o If existing cabinet will not accommodate bidder equipment, bidder will provide and install an enclosed wall-mounted cabinet in the office. Cabinet must be sufficient to house all bidder-provided equipment (including a UPS). Training o Bidder will provide onsite training to facility staff and administrative credentials and training for IT staff. Existing Cameras o Any existing camera hardware will be removed by bidder along with any camera wiring that bidder does not wish to repurpose. Power o Constant power should be available at all of the light poles specified as mount locations. Bidder will be responsible for any electrical modifications to poles necessary for successful implementation. Cameras mounted to parking lot poles will require an internal circuit breaker mechanism to protect against electrical faults. Access Control o Bidder will provide, install and configure an outdoor ruggedized keypad outside the office door. All existing locking or access systems will be removed. Keypad must also be backlit. o Bidder will also provide and install any actuators or door hardware necessary for the keypad to activate existing door. o Proposed solution must allow for auditing and the assigning of temporary codes with expiration dates while simultaneously maintaining a master code for staff.
