Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Rehabilitation of existing 14-foot diameter submersible lift station including but not limited to the demolition of existing wet well pumps, piping, valve vault, control panel, foundation, pavement, and other appurtenances. The improvements will include but not be limited to bypass pumping, blasting and recoating wet well interior, new coatings, concrete supports, concrete driveway pavement section, control panel, new motor control center, new terminal boxes, new duct banks, new conduits, and new wiring, along with interconnecting conduits and wiring to existing ATS and existing site loads.
