The Winchester Regional Airport Authority (WRAA) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the Bidder or Contractor) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received by the WRAA at the Winchester Regional Airport, 491 Airport Road, Winchester, Virginia, 22602, through the due date and hour shown above (local prevailing time). Bids shall be submitted by mail, or in person during regular business hours, up until the date and time noted for bid receipt. No bid may be withdrawn until after October 15, 2024. Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 2:00 PM Site Visit: A site visit will occur immediately following the pre-bid conference. Additional site visits may be scheduled by contacting the Airport directly.
