Reference Number 0000270484 Pricing Lump sum This Tender Document invites all General Contractors to submit a bid for the necessary services to repair the Education Unit and Recreation Centre roof due end of life and leaks developing at 48 Syrette Lake Rd, Garden River. The scope of work generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to: Solar Panel Handling (temporary relocation and reinstallation of existing solar panels), paver walkway, pipe supports, etc. Re-Roofing of the existing flat roof areas. Achieved by removal of existing single-ply membrane, replacement of wet insulation, installation of 1/2" Sarnafil Recovery Board, installation of new singly-ply membrane. Replacement of single-ply roofing membrane, roof drains with retrofit inserts, re-flashing of all perimeters, curbs, vent stacks, or penetrations, and replacement of pre-finished metal cap flashings.
