Office Renovation 1) Remove existing cabinets and countertop in the office area and create an open doorway connecting the office space to the adjacent coat area. 2) Prepare and submit a proposed office and electrical layout for the new office space, accommodating one (1) workstation, for review and approval by the GRFN. 3) Enclose the coat area (designated as the new office space) and install a reception window along the main entrance, as approved by GRFN. 4) Relocate any equipment or fixtures attached to the wall where the new reception window will be installed. 5) Remove the existing reception window in the current office area and close off the wall up to the ceiling, ensuring wall finishes match the existing interior.
