The County of Volusia, Public Works, Engineering & Construction is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Restroom Facility at Gobblers Lodge Trail located at 211 Gobblers Lodge Road, Osteen, Florida 32764. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Bids which contain modifications, incomplete, unbalanced, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not requested, or irregularities of any kind, or which do not comply in every respect with the instructions to bidders and the Contract documents may be rejected at the option of the County.
