The Project generally consists of the following WORK: Constructing an approximate 11.16 acres city open space including two large storm water basins, large tree monument (by others), a ninja-warrior course, bouldering walls, a pavilion, a park maintenance building, an interactive water feature, custom pavilions, custom shade canopies, a custom entry sign, a custom fireplace with lights, nine square, cornhole, hammocking poles, pickleball courts, a basketball, a playground(by others), a boardwalk system, custom swing benches, a stage with a custom steel canopy, site furnishings, sidewalks, site lighting, water lines, grading and drainage, new underground utilities, security system, landscaping, and irrigation. The location of the work is in Farmington City, at 1397 West Cook Lane. All questions shall be submitted via the U3P Utah Public Procurement website.
