The Project generally consists of the following WORK: Constructing an approximate 11.16 acres city open space including two large storm water basins, large tree monument (by others), a ninja-warrior course, bouldering walls, a pavilion, a park maintenance building, an interactive water feature, custom pavilions, custom shade canopies, a custom entry sign, a custom fireplace with lights, nine square, cornhole, hammocking poles, pickleball courts, a basketball, a playground(by others), a boardwalk system, custom swing benches, a stage with a custom steel canopy, site furnishings, sidewalks, site lighting, water lines, grading and drainage, new underground utilities, security system, landscaping, and irrigation.
