Pipeline Project - Bradley Avenue Reference Number 0000352969 The county of San Diego has a future widening project on Bradley Avenue where the poor geologic conditions within the road are requiring the county to remove and replace the top three feet of the road section, which puts their construction in conflict with our existing facilities. This project will replace in place approximately 4,000 feet of 6 and 8-inch AC pipe with 8-inch PVC at approximately 5-feet to top of pipe.
