Question Deadline 06/17/2024 at 10:00 AM PT Questions are submitted online No. Additional questions may be submitted to the District's project manager, Sam Dillman, at sam.dillman@helixwater.org. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the Board of Directors of the District, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to Helix Water District as bid security. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price. * District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularity in a Bid.
