Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Dawson County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the chiller and evaporating coil of the Dawson County Courthouse located in the Dawson County Courthouse, 700 North Washington Street, Lexington, NE 68850, and includes the removal of old 28-ton chiller, installation of the new air cooled scroll compressor chiller package 28-ton chiller and new evaporator. All such equipment shall be furnished according to the specifications provided by the Dawson County Courthouse. No alterations in the proposal by erasures or interlineations will be permitted unless initialed by the bidder. The County of Dawson, Lexington, Nebraska hereby reserves the right to accept that bid, which in its judgment will be the best advantage of the County, whether or not it is the lowest bid; and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities in any proposal. Scope of Work • Recover refrigerant from existing chiller • Demo existing suction lines • Demo existing Chiller and remove from the site • Set new Chiller on existing stand • Demo existing evaporator and remove from site • Install new evaporator in equipment room • Demo existing chilled water pump • Install new chilled water pump • Install new suction lines from new chiller to new evaporator • Factory start up to be included • Be Bae NEt compatible
