Reference Number 0000270534 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/28 12:00:00 AM CDT The objective of this Request For Standing Offer is to identify qualified Vendors for disposal of non-recyclable clean waste. The selected vendors should ensure the safe disposal of clean waste in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The initial term of the Standing Offer Agreement will be for a period of twelve (12) months. The term of the Standing Offer Agreement may be extended, at Manitoba's option, with the Contract Vendor(s), on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to twelve (12) months. We seek qualified providers capable of efficiently disposing of non-recyclable clean waste, with the provision of personnel, unloading equipment, and adherence to safety regulations. The Scope of Work may include but is not limited to the following: i. Provide services for disposal of non-recyclable clean waste. ii. Provide personnel and unloading equipment for efficient unloading, handling, and disposal of waste. iii. All equipment used must comply with safety laws and be in good operational condition. iv. The landfill collection center must be capable of accepting and disposing of waste as per the needs described in RFSO document. V. The disposal service provider must be responsive and at minimum be able to accommodate disposal requests during normal business hours i.e. Monday-Friday between 8:00am till 5:00pm.
