Installation of Closed-Circuit Television equipment. Installation of security fencing. Installation of intrusion detection system. Installation of security doors with locking and access control systems. Installation of break resistant windows. Work is to commence by July 31st 2024 and be completed by October 31st 2024. Objective and purpose of the project is: 1. Doors: We will install impact-resistant doors at key entrances to the facility preventing easy access by a terrorist. The installation of these doors will address the lack of security doors vulnerability and will prevent an attack at the facility. 2. Surveillance System: We will install a surveillance system at the perimeter of the facility and at key entry points of the interior of the building. The installation of a surveillance system addresses the lack of adequate surveillance, thus preventing the planning of an attack. 3. Access Control: We will install electronic access controls at entry points. The installation of these security upgrades addresses the lack of adequate access control vulnerability and will prevent a terrorist attack. 4. Fence: We will install security fencing at the perimeter of the property. The installation of a perimeter security fence will address the lack of adequate fencing vulnerability and will prevent terrorist from accessing the facility to cause harm. 5. Shatter Resistant Glass/Film: We will install shatter-resistant glass or film thus mitigating the injury and death in the event of a terrorist attack utilizing explosives.
