Site work for a water / sewer project in Manteo, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (hereinafter "Department"), on behalf of the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island (hereinafter "Aquarium"), requires a qualified Vendor to furnish and deliver three (3) newly manufactured Fybroc(R) Pumps Series 1500 for North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island. Fybroc(R) Pumps are proprietary, internal components of the life support system and are the industry standard for use with marine animal applications. They are critical components because of safety concerns with aquatic animals. Fybroc(R) Pumps include a special material on the pump housing which eliminates trace metals in the water and keeps aquatic animals safe. North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island is located at 374 Airport Road, Manteo, NC 27954. The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more Vendors, or to reject all original offers and negotiate with one or more sources of supply that may be capable of satisfying the requirement, and in either case to require Vendor to submit a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) based on discussions and negotiations with the State.
