The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for the installation of a lawn irrigation system, trees (Nellie Hollys 7 gallon) and ornamental grass (Pampas Grass 5 gallon) at Church Road Lift Station. This facility is located at 248 Old Lorena Rd. The project is to include developing an irrigation piping plan, bubbler sprinkler heads that will provide 100% coverage without spraying on hard surfaces and equipment, installing said irrigation system, and planting of trees and ornamental grass. Once installed, the system is to be tested for leaks, pressure checked, and its operational control panel evaluated.
