SOMERSET ACADEMY OF NEVADA is requesting bids from qualified bidders holding a valid Nevada Contractor's License with Classifications of 'A-General Engineering', or 'AB-General Engineering and General Building', for the following projects, which will be awarded to one General Contractor under one contract: oSomerset Academy Aliante Campus - Labor Commission No. PWP-CL-2024-334 1,378 SF, 1-story classroom addition to an existing charter school building. oSomerset Academy Sky Pointe Campus - Labor Commission No. PWP-CL-2024-335 2,628 SF, 1-story classroom addition to an existing charter school building, and minorinterior remodel of existing area. oSomerset Academy Skye Canyon Campus - Labor Commission No. PWP-CL-2024-336 2,780 SF, 2-story Gym/PE Room addition with storage, offices, and restrooms, and minorplayground revisions. Somerset Academy of Nevada reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid which is deemed to be in their best interest.
