Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hoschton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Hoschton is soliciting proposals from qualified construction firms for roadway improvements along West Broad Street. The project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Approximately 700 L.F. of asphalt seal coating and asphalt-rubber joint and crack sealing and 1,300 L.F. of Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) along West Broad Street. Approximately 48 L.F. of 24-inch RCP storm drain replacement with drop inlet and headwall. Approximately 43 S.Y. of Type 3 rip rap and filter fabric along ditches. Milling and pavement inlay operations, pavement striping and sign relocations, permanent grassing, ditch re-grading, and shoulder reconstruction as required in order to provide on- street parking along the South side of West Broad Street. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be sixty (45) consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed. A Bid Bond will be required with proposal submission.
