for pipe materials to be used in the construction of the Enclosed Lateral Improvement Projects 2024-2025. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Sought materials include approximately 30,000 feet of 4-inch to 24-inch diameter PVC pipe, and related valves, fittings, couplings and miscellaneous appurtenances in accordance with specifications. Contract estimate is $750,000. Bidders are not required to bid all schedules. The following is applicable to federal aid projects: Sunnyside Division Board of Control, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, 88 Stat. 352, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, gender, disability, or national origin in consideration for an award.
