Completion Date: April 30, 2025 The Port of Sunnyside owns and operates an Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility (IWWTF). The Treatment and Operations Enhancement project includes installation of new floating aerators and blower units at one of the existing treatment lagoons (Lagoon 2/3), installation of new submerged outfall structure at Lagoon 2/3, modifications to the existing Anaerobic Lift Station (ALS) discharge piping, replacement of selected fencing adjacent to the lagoon, plumbing modifications inside an existing UV disinfection building and at an existing Bioreactor Feed Pump Station (BFPS), and other project related civil, electrical, instrumentation, and controls.
